广州滋得洛夫生物科技有限责任公司由公派留学俄罗斯莫斯科大学归国的魏磊博士创立于2016年，是一家集研发、生产与销售为一体的国家级高新技术企业。现有员工20名，技术研发人员5名，其中院士1名（俄籍）。

公司主要研发、生产和销售以俄罗斯西伯利亚地区为主要原料产地的桦褐孔菌系列产品，主要针对中老年客户、“三高”及慢性病人群以及亚健康人群等。目前已经量产的有9个系列的桦褐孔菌产品：代用茶、精粉、纯粉、咖啡、精片、浓缩液、饮料、草本膏以及益生菌系列。另外有多款产品处于实验阶段。公司自创办以来，经过不断创新与努力，积极开拓国内外市场，产品远销马来西亚、印度尼西亚等5个国家和地区，国内已在河北、山东、山西、吉林、广西、辽宁等六个省设立了省级分公司，同时大力开拓线上渠道，在京东商城和天猫商城均开设有滋得洛夫官方旗舰店。截至目前，公司具备了雄厚技术积累的跨国研发团队及一体化的企业服务体系，成为国内首家桦褐孔菌产品集原料供应、基础研发、生产及销售的全产业链企业。

公司自成立以来，立志推动桦褐孔菌(白桦茸)在中国的产业化及生产的标准化。起初国内并未颁布此类产品生产相关的“国家标准”和“地方标准”，魏磊博士联合俄罗斯专家团队编写制定了国内第一个白桦茸产品企业生产标准，并获得国家审核通过，成功在国内推出自主研发生产的9大系列白桦茸产品。同时，为保证原料的供应与品质，公司在俄罗斯西伯利亚建立原料仓储中心，负责当地原料的采集、收购、初加工以及仓储。

滋得洛夫拥有该研究领域内的15项专利，1项软件著作权。近3年来魏磊博士带领研发团队先后进行了15项技术创新项目研发，共获得了21项研发成果，平均每年转化7项以上，成果全部转化到公司的主营产品与服务中，其中“白桦茸茶（桦褐孔菌代用茶）”以及白桦茸精片（桦褐孔菌压片糖果）两款产品2019年被认定为广东省高新技术产品。2019-2021 年公司高新技术产品收入占企业当年总收入的比例为80%，取得了预期效果，提高了我司在同行业的核心竞争力。

公司与延安大学签订产学研合作协议，共同开展桦褐孔菌技术攻关。另外，与河北医科大学第一附属医院共同开展关于“桦褐孔菌对2型糖尿病患者血糖影响及相关机制的研究”，也取得了令人满意的效果。2020年通过广州市科技局“银龄专项”引进亚历山大•库琴院士，作为公司总技术顾问与指导，大大提高了公司在药用真菌的提取、药理药效以及在药品和保健食品行业的应用等领域的技术水平。

Guangzhou Zdorov Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Zdorov) was founded in 2016 by Dr. Wei Lei, who returned from studying abroad at Moscow University in Russia. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. There are 20 employees, 5 technical R&D staff, including 1 academician (Russian nationality).

Zdorov mainly develops, produces and sells series of products with Inonotus Obliquus (Chaga) as the main ingredient, whose raw materials are produced in Siberian, Russia. The products are mainly aimed at middle-aged and elderly customers, people with "three highs" and chronic diseases, and people with sub-health. Currently, there are 9 series of Chaga products in mass production: Chaga tea, powder, pure powder, coffee, tablets, concentrate, beverage, herbal cream, and probiotic series. In addition, there are several products in the experimental stage. Since its establishment, through continuous innovation and efforts, the company has actively explored domestic and international markets, and its products have been exported to five countries and regions, such as Malaysia and Indonesia, etc. In China, provincial branches have been set up in six provinces, including Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Jilin, Guangxi, and Liaoning. Meanwhile, the company has vigorously explored online channels and opened official flagship stores in JD.com and Tmall. Up to now, the company has a multinational R&D team with strong technical accumulation and an integrated enterprise service system and has become the first domestic enterprise of the whole industrial chain of chaga products, integrating raw material supply, basic R&D, production, and sales. for Chaga products.

Since its establishment, Zdorov has been determined to promote the industrialization and standardization of chaga production in China. In the beginning, there were no national and local standards for the production of these products in China but Dr. Wei Lei, together with a team of Russian experts, prepared the first enterprise production standard for chaga products in China, which was approved by the state. He successfully launched 9 series of Chaga products in China. Meanwhile, to ensure the supply and quality of raw materials, the company has established a raw material storage center in Siberia, Russia, which is responsible for the collection, acquisition, initial processing, and storage of local raw materials.

Zdorov has 15 patents and 1 software copyright in this research field. In the past three years, Dr. Wei Lei led the R&D team to carry out 15 technological innovation projects, and obtained 21 R&D results, with an average of more than 7 results per year, all of which have been transformed into the company's main products and services, among which two products, "Chaga Tea" and "Chaga Tablets" were recognized as Guangdong Province high-tech products in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, the ratio of the revenue of high-tech products to the total revenue of the company is 80%, which has achieved the expected results and improved our core competitiveness in the same industry.

Zdorov signed an agreement with Yan'an University to jointly carry out the technical research of Chaga. In addition, the company has been working with the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University on “the study of the effect of Inonotus obliquus on blood sugar of type 2 diabetes patients and related mechanisms”, which has also achieved satisfactory results. In 2020, through the "Silver Age Special Project" of the Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Academician Alexander Kuqin was introduced as the general technical advisor and guide of the company, which greatly improved the technical level of the company in the fields of extraction of medicinal fungi, pharmacology, and efficacy, as well as the application in the pharmaceutical and health food industries.
