“蒙羊”是蒙羊(北京)乳业有限公司自主持有展出品牌,于2003年向国家知 识产权局申请商标注册并获批。公司坚持“首都品质“,以研发、生产、销售高品 质羊乳制品为核心业务,特别聘请了中国农业科学院农产品加工研究所专家团队进 行产品研发和技术指导,为广大消费者提供营养全面、高品质、更适合国人体质的“完全营养品”——“蒙羊”羊奶。

乳制品的营养价值已被广泛认知,羊奶则是乳制品家族中独具特色的一员。不 仅营养全面,而且拥有小分子、易吸收、低致敏、低酸性、高磷脂、高补钙、利美 容等特性,既是乳糖不耐受不能食用牛奶人群的首选,也是追求高品质的消费者特 别是老年人和儿童的优选。

“蒙羊”产品现以液态羊奶和羊奶粉两大系列为主,后续将陆续布局有机羊 奶、酸奶、巴氏奶等品类。

“蒙羊”品质保证源于:臻选秦岭北麓、北纬34度陕西黄金奶源地的牧场奶 源;原料奶坚持使用当日现挤鲜奶、全程冷链运输、当日完成加工;采用九重脱膻 工艺去除膻味,真正使用闪蒸工艺保留营养、高压均质工艺提升口感;从生产到上 市经过近百余项次检测,同时公司自行不定期送检至谱尼第三方权威检测机构再次 进行检测。

公司聚集了各方面资深专业人员。核心创始团队从事乳业市场运营20余年, 深谙消费者需求;生产研发团队曾经参与过国内最早常温羊奶的生产工艺探讨、研 究,也是国内第一包常温液态羊奶的生产者之一,持续深耕羊奶20余年;物理渠 道、电商、新媒体营销团队倾情服务消费者。公司上下同心戮力,只为“一杯好羊 奶“,让“蒙羊”深植于消费者心中。

Adhering to the “quality of the  capital”, the company focuses on the research, development, production and  sales of high-quality goat milk products, and specially employs the expert team  of the Agricultural Products Processing Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences to carry out product research and development and  technical guidance, so as to provide consumers with “complete nutrition” -  “Mengyang” goat milk, which has comprehensive nutrition, high quality and is  more suitable for Chinese people’s physique. The nutritional value of dairy products has been widely recognized, and goat  milk is a unique member of the dairy product family. Not only does it have comprehensive nutrition, but it also has characteristics such as small molecule, easy  absorption, low allergenicity, low acidity, high phospholipids, high calcium supplementation, and beauty benefits. It is not only the first choice for people who are  lactose intolerant and cannot consume cow milk, but also the preferred choice for  consumers who pursue high quality, especially the elderly and children. The “Mengyang” products are mainly divided into two series: liquid goat  milk and goat milk powder. In the future, organic goat milk, yogurt, pasteurized  milk and other categories will be gradually laid out. The quality assurance of “Mengyang” comes from the pasture milk source  located at the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains and the perfect milk source  of Shaanxi at 34 degrees north latitude; The raw milk should be freshly squeezed  on the same day, transported throughout the cold chain, and produced on the same day; By using the flash evaporation process to retain nutrients, and the  high-pressure homogenization process to enhance the taste; From production to  listing, the company has undergone nearly a hundred tests, and at the same time,  the company irregularly submits their productions to a authoritative testing agency for further testing.
